If any data is missing from your account or deleted, Webdroy Solutions is not responsible. Although we provide free daily backups, if the backup is not working, we cannot assist you, and we are not responsible in such cases.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or remove your hosting at any time without prior notification or updates. It is essential to be aware that such actions may be taken in specific circumstances, including but not limited to violations of our terms of service or policies. If the domain you registered with our special offer gets suspended by the registrar, we won’t be held responsible for it. We have the authority to suspend a domain if it violates our terms or privacy policy. Moreover, we can use the suspended domain for personal reasons. To avoid any issues, please verify your identity within the next 24 hours. If you don’t, there might be a penalty, or we could permanently suspend the domain and use it as we see fit. We always have the right to use suspended domains according to our policies.
If you’ve taken advantage of a special offer or purchased a domain at a discounted rate, please note that transfer codes, authorization codes, or EPP codes are not automatically provided. If you need these codes, you can obtain them by paying a nominal extra fee based on our standard domain prices. This ensures a hassle-free process, and you’ll easily receive the required code to manage your domain effectively.
If your domain is suspended, you have a 24-hour window to reactivate it. Beyond this timeframe, unsuspension is not possible, and there will be no refunds offered.
If a domain is removed or becomes inaccessible and is no longer in our control, there is limited action we can take, and we cannot be held responsible in such cases. We do not offer refunds or compensation in this situation. Therefore, before purchasing any domain, please ensure that you agree with and understand this policy.
Our renewal prices are set and may be relatively higher. Please be aware that we do not provide any discounts during renewal. It’s advisable to review the renewal terms before making a purchase to ensure you are informed about the pricing structure.
The Client agrees to pay the specified fees for the selected hosting and domain services. Payments can be made through the provided payment methods on our website.

The Client may terminate the hosting and domain services by providing written notice to Webdroy Solutions. We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client violates any terms outlined in this agreement.
We will take reasonable measures to secure client data. However, the Client acknowledges that no system is entirely foolproof, and we are not liable for any unauthorized access or data breaches.
In the event of any unintentional or inadvertent use of data, we do not accept responsibility. However, we are committed to resolving any such issues within 24 hours once they are identified.
While we make every effort to safeguard your data and maintain a 99.9% security standard, we want to clarify that in the unlikely event of a data leak, we cannot be held responsible. It’s essential to take note of this point before utilizing our services.
We will not sell or share client information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
